Our motto is 'Service and Protection'. 'Service' because we serve the needs of our client companies, directors and all lessees. 'Protection' because we strive to ensure that the interests of our client companies, directors and all lessees are protected at all times from un-necessary risk however it may arise.
Who Are We?
HMS exists to run residential apartment/flat management companies in an efficient, professional, pro-active, personal and cost effective manner. We can act as both Company Secretary and Managing Agent for your management company. We will tailor our service to suit your company's needs. We recognise that not all leases are the same and therefore are able to adapt accordingly.
Although we are based in the Southampton area, we are able to provide our services across a wide area provided we can be on the scene within a maximum of two to three hours. Our service standards are important not only to our clients but also to our pride so we will consider very carefully any request to manage a property outside of our normal operating zone. It would not be right or proper to jeopardise the standards we currently uphold.
The Directors of HMS have over 40 years experience in business. That experience includes Financial Services Authority regulated business, the running of multi-million pound operations as well as a current practicing solicitor. Our experience over the years places us in an enviable position to be able to manage your property and help run your management company.
We only provide services to residential apartment/flat management companies and do not dilute our mission or services by being involved with other forms of property management.
